This clothed, highly effective and simple holistic approach identifies and corrects common imbalances. It makes common sense once explained, yet is not currently common knowledge. NeuroMuscular Balancing is a three-pronged gentle approach that utilizes Strain-Counterstrain, a clinically proven and powerful Osteopathic release or "slackening" technique, passive and active stretching, and strengthening of key muscles. The goal is to lengthen the muscles that are too short and shorten the muscles that are too long in order to bring the body toward balance, creating more ease.
